Ex-ambassador (Son-In-Law Of Serzh Sargsyan) shares secret letter from CSTO Secretary-General to Secretary of Security Council of Armenia
Former Armenian Ambassador to the Vatican Mikael Minasyan published a secret letter from CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas to Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan.
He came to his Facebook to share the photos of the letter.
"The document I promised clearly states that in order to help counter the Turkish-Azerbaijani aggression, the Prime Minister of Armenia must turn to the CSTO partners even before the start of hostilities," he noted. "Meanwhile, Nikol Pashinyan did not apply to the CSTO either on the eve of the war or during it."
"Moreover, by cheating about victory for 44 days, he led the country to surrender because he had obligations to his “civilized and constructive” friend."
"The document describes in detail what we subsequently witnessed during the war," he noted.
As reported earlier, Mikael Minasyan noted that 26 days before the war, CSTO Secretary-General Stanislav Zas wrote a letter to the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan and attached a package of documents to it promising to conduct military headquarters exercises within the CSTO.
“He describes the war for which Armenia should prepare and urges Armenia to apply to the CSTO before the start of the war, because according to this document, Armenia could not resist this war, which was described in a secret letter,” Mikael Minasyan added.

PM about Syunik, CSTO, opposition and election
From Pashinyan’s yesterday interview.
I suggest a mechanism by which everyone's voice is heard. This is a mechanism for creating public solidarity. The debate is over who should decide the fate of the government. The fate of the government must be decided by the people. The pre-election campaign is an opportunity for everyone to stand before the people, to voice the accusations and present evidence.
At the time of the signing of the November 9 agreement, more than 90 percent of Kubatlu and Zangelan was under the control of Azerbaijan, so there was a verbal realization that certain border points should be clarified there. At the time when it was clear that a war could break out over this issue and that it could pass to the Syunik region, we took measures to ensure the security of Syunik. The essence of the measure taken is that the zone under control coincides with the territories within the CSTO area of responsibility.
There are no such words as Syunik, Meghri, or corridor in the agreement. The red line is our territorial integrity. Yesterday Upper Lars was closed for all types of cars. If it turns out that we can have railway communication with Russia, Iran through Nakhichevan, will it be good news for us or bad? How do we imagine that we should go to Russia through the territory of Nakhichevan and Azerbaijan, but Azerbaijan can’t go to Nakhichevan through our territory? Pashinyan on Nakhichevan-Azerbaijan connection through Armenia
The opposition had all the opportunities to ensure the generation of the masses around the resignation of the Prime Minister during this period. They have huge media, financial, organizational resources, which the government doesn’t have, but it’s obvious that this demand hasn’t been received and will not receive public support. Let's not think of coup d'etat and internal conflict scenarios, but allow the people to resolve this situation.

One Armenia Party has issued the following statement:

A number of Azerbaijani media outlets report on renewed fighting between Armenian and Azerbaijani military near the village of Tokh, Hadrut region. But for what purpose are these steps being taken and this information is given to the public by Azerbaijan? The well-known Azerbaijani opposition politician Ilgar Eldar oglu Mammadov will help us to understand this, or, to be more precise, will confirm the already existing assumptions, which are now being discussed in full swing in Armenian and Russian expert circles.
The founder and leader of the Republican Alternative party writes on his Twitter page: “Azerbaijan must set a proportion by which the number of Russian "peace-keepers" should be reduced as a result of new casualties on our side. Yes, new casualties should mean less Russian "peace-keepers", not more. Only then Moscow will have a serious conversation with Yerevan. "
It's strange that this was announced a few hours before the recent events unleashed in the Hadrut region.

What is the goal of the Azerbaijani side? Start dictating own terms, according to which the Russian peacekeeping contingent will be reduced and at the same time the Turkish presence will be expanded.
