Regional Emerging Leaders Forum (RELF) is a young-oriented forum which is founded by a group of professional, dynamic and responsible youths with an aim to fortify the capacity of young emerging leaders across the region-Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakistan.
This conference will be held in all aforementioned countries at different times but with similar agenda and objective- strengthen the capacity of young emerging leaders. More so, we consider this to be a unique move since it will chain together youths from across the region, a move similar of which has not been taken so far. That is to say, we call it an exceptional opportunity because it will provide the young emerging leaders and thinkers with a platform to enhance their public speaking, problem solving, critical thinking, leadership, teamwork, networking, writing skills and etc.
Last but not the least, the RELF organizing team remain commiteed to strengthening and supporting the young emerging leaders in the region by conducting such tremendous and productive events and conferences and establishing lasting relationships among youths of these countries.

Safiullah Afzali is holding Bachelor degree from DUNYA University of Afghanistan and is procurement and Contracts Certified. He is working as Procurement & Contracts Coordinator in Etisalat Afghanistan Telecommunication Company since 2011. His journey of working with team and taking the lead goes to very childhood when he was doing his primary education and he was monitor of his class and later he take the charge as chief of Cultural association in his school, the interest of taking the lead continues till he got his Bachelor degree. Consequently, he has years of experience in working with young leaders and youth both inside and outside the country.
Mr. Afzali has worked voluntarily with different national and international organizations such as: Global Goodwill Ambassador at GGA America, Global Education ambassador at MCT Global INDIA, working as Rotarian in Rotary club of Kabul City under Rotary International, Has been recognized honorary member by India National humanitarian federation for my humanitarian activities, worked as vaccinator to eradicate polio in Afghanistan since several Years, Have our own social organization by the name of New Horizon and Was the ambassador to different international conferences.
He has attended 20+ events on SDG's, Leadership, Peace Camps, Business Forums, Symposiums, debates, MUN’s etc... And represented Afghanistan in different countries.
Reference to above activities Afghanistan majority population consists of youth, who have been kept in margin due to four decades of imposed war. They are always deprived from education, security and health service provision and other opportunities. In terms of aforementioned obstacles I taught myself a responsible youth of country to participate in reduction and prevention of mentioned obstacles and I continued volunteer service to Afghan youth from the knowledge and experience that I got abroad. To achieve these goals and objectives I continued same activities with Afghan youth as well. For instance, I attended and organized many local MUN and international conferences and worked executive board member, organizing team, debate competitions, mobile campaigns, community work etc…
Not only worked for afghan people I also committed and was committed to work with different networks across the globe to provide humanitarian and volunteer activities in order to be the part of welfare services of society.
These humanitarian and social activities caused to be awardjed by different national and international organization as well as has been received many recognition against his humanitarian and social activities.

Faisal Gulzad,21 years old and dedicated promoter and emerging young leaders of south Asia-Afghanistan. he devoted more than 4 years of his live in serving at humanitarian affairs in key positions of national and international organizations. She is an Organizational person and an Experienced Ambassador with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. She has also been awarded as The Best Director Ambassador 2020 by World Youth International MUN. She was also given the opportunity to become a Global Peace Ambassador the 2020-2022 period.
Strong community and social services professional also skilled in Leadership, Organization and People Development, Management, Communication, and Human Resource Development has led her to contribute with a various national and international organizations that focus on various fields such as diplomatic, youth empowerment, mental health, peace, justice and human rights.
Currently she's actively working with the Modern World Organization (MWO) as the Executive Assistant to The CEO in Indonesia and working with #WeAreEnough Organization as the Head of Human Resource Development. #WeAreEnough itself is one of a social movement organization in Indonesia that focuses on preventing and reducing the level of bullying in all forms in Indonesia.
She found her red carpet working with and for youth organizations. She enjoy to contribute and focus on youth empowerment. She likes to give young people opportunities, because opportunity is the first thing for people to discover their experiences.
Joining an organization that suits to her abilities and interests is one of the best things she have ever gotten and she believes that potential is not an endpoint, but a capacity to grow and learn, never stop learning by doing because we will always earning something new.
