I have received information that Apple is planning to remove the Telegram app from the App Store and even have the existing Telegram app on all devices deleted via remote maintenance. Therefore, back up the app on your iPhone with the following steps, which I also show you above:
=> "Settings"
=> "Screen time"
=> "Restrictions"
=> activate button on top
=> "Purchases in iTunes and App Store"
=> change "Delete apps" to "Do not allow".

The twitter thread below has given reassuring advice to people that are being terrorised by the media fearmongering regards shops enforcing mask wearing without a medical exemption. She has kindly posted this letter from the cabinet office. She said this is proof of how you are to respond when asked to wear a mask. Keep a print out of it and take it with you when you're shopping. If you're stopped and they do not simply accept you are exempt after saying you are, then you show them the letter.
