Also, Boot Speed doesnt define Your PC Performence. It highly depends on your storage type & shut down Modes. In Official & most custom builds, the deep sleep is not removed & it boots quick (as a user told me his boot time in revi os to beat my 13 sec boot time in XL). But in Xlite, Deep Sleep is totally removed/Disabled, Means everytime your pc get total shut down and total reboot while turning on, thats why it takes time to boot as it has to load everything, nothing is saved in the cache, but at the same time, if u fully reboot and turn on official windows, xlite is taking 1/5 to 1/2 of that time that shows how much less content has to load (and so much is removed By default) & also faster than other custom OSs.

& the thing about Performence, Play any game in xlite and other os like Ghost spectre or Revi OS. You will get Your Answers.
