On July 10, 2016, Karen Lee Sivek was at home with her granddaughter when two men broke in. As Carl Robinson and Davonta Morris invaded the house, they shot and killed Karen, but her 14-year-old granddaughter survived a hit to the neck and ran to the nearest police station.

We already have FLOCK cameras on poles watching the streets. Now this. And itโs not just here โ Dallas has already approved AI cameras on sanitation trucks, while other cities are deploying them on code enforcement vehicles, drones, and more.
Is this simple โefficiencyโโฆ for our safety or the slow rollout of neighborhood surveillance across the country?
