This 13 year-old Dutch boy, Joni, died last year after being stabbed in the back by a Turkish classmate for refusing to assist him in a robbery.

The fourteen-year-old Turkish boy had already stabbed a 65 year-old Dutch woman a year earlier during a street robbery.

After serving the maximum juvenile sentence of one year in youth detention, he is now free.

That is all our legal system is willing to do.

We need serious reforms to our criminal juvenile law and the remigration of these young offenders, including their families.

🇵🇹 #Portugal. A 26-year-old Irish national was arrested for going on a rampage at the airport.

He first allegedly assaulted a Menzies Aviation employee near the Versailles Café on the fifth floor of the terminal.

When PSP officers arrived, he became extremely violent and aggressive. He reportedly assaulted several security agents and then a police officer. One security agent is hospitalized and in serious condition. The suspect was arrested.
