October 21, 2025, in Ontario, California, Singh drove his semi-truck at high speeds into stopped traffic, triggering an eight-vehicle pileup. Three people died, including a Pomona High School basketball coach and his wife.

June 20th when Singh was hauling Target cargo in his semi-truck. He veered off the right shoulder, crossed the center divider into oncoming traffic, jackknifed, and crashed into several vehicles. Christina King died at the scene and dozens more were injured, including minors and children.
