I saw someone struggling activating iOS 16.7.14 , the device may bootloop after backup restore

Just use 3utools or iTunes to update with firmware.

Don't use Passcode option for backup your device won't activate
Only use ramdisk backup for now I have fixed this and will be released very soon.
