I have an exam tomorrow, and iβve been doing anything but studying. Hereβs the thing, the teacher locked the ppt's so we canβt download them, he only sent us a view only link. I spent the whole morning trying to find an extension to download protected Google Drive files, but I couldnβt find one.
Any who i found a script and ran it in the console. It somehow worked, but it was adding extra pages, doubling the file size, and the orientation in portrait, so i spent some time fixing the code, ran it again, and boom it worked i finally downloaded the file, but it cost me the entire morning. Now I have to stay up late to actually studyπ

So, how was today's hackathon?
It was actually fun and quite an experience. When we arrived, we were worried we might not get a spot since there were so many people, but luckily we ended up getting the best spot. Then we started discussing the idea we were about to build. Actually, we had built something but weren't satisfied with it, and the ideas were almost similar since we all received the same group of problem statements.
There's a high chance your idea is being built by another teams. Then I had coffee (1), met some friends there, went back to work, and then I had coffee (2)....

At lunchtime, we were expecting some real food or even pizza, but they gave us sambusa and donuts, then coffee(3). Now we became super active and came up with an idea that was a bit different and could solve some real problems (I guess). We started working on it and tried to get the best Ul (you know how backend devs are bad at Ul stuff, but I guess I am an exceptionπ). I found some templates, adjusted them to the project, and we completed it,mostly Al didπ€. We took a break, had coffee (4), and some cookies, then got back to work and finished the MVP (I hope). There was a feature we wanted to add, but it was too late only 30 minutes left before submission. Then...

This is where the real drama happened. We just started deploying it, and the network began to slow down, it couldn't even load the pageπ. We started to freak out, and just like that, we're five minutes before the submission deadline. The deployment started to fail, and we began to pray for it to work, but it still failed on the backend. One minute before the deadline, we came up with an idea, just submit the link with the domain name we'd planned to use(if they opened it immediately its just empty pageπ)we took the bet.
And boom As soon as we submitted, the submission ended and we kept debugging. After 20-30 minutes, it finally workedπ₯³ We deployed it with the same domain name we submitted, and we called it a day.
