Soooo the health department just published a excuse for all the heart failures in my nation.
They are now blaming it on the excess salt in our diets. They ever fail to to amaze me.

Robert Hoeschele is a member of Jews for Justice who has stood up to totalitarian Covid measures and infringement of rights - and stands trial in Munich for sedition today (5/17).

In our last post we informed you of even today the German Governments have the power to interfere with the course of justice by instructing the Public Prosecutors to go easy on some cases or crack down on others. Now Andrew Barr, Secretary of Jews for Justice, has written to the Court in Munich where today, May 17th, 2023, Robert Hoeschele is on trial for “Sedition” because he had the audacity to remind the Government of Bavaria that not just Germany, but more so Munich has a very dark past, which it had forgotten during the Lockdowns and thereafter when the Unvaccinated where segregated even though the Vaccinated were spreading the virus and get sick just the same. Robert Hoeschele reminding the Government of Bavaria of the dark history of Germany, and particular Munich, one “Capital of the (Nazi) Movement” during a speech in favor of individual freedoms and basic rights on February 14th, 2021. Today Robert Hoeschele stands on trial for sedition because of that.

To Whom It May Concern:
Jews for Justice is a group of Jews who are committed to the defence of free speech and human rights.
In Jewish law and tradition, ‘justice’ (‘Tzedek’ in Hebrew) does not refer to punishment or retribution, but to a commitment to follow the path dictated by one’s conscience – to follow what is in one’s heart – regardless of what others may say or what the consequences might be.
Among the laws that G_d handed down to Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites was the instruction ‘Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you give testimony in a lawsuit, do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd.’ (Exodus 23:2).
Many of us in Jews for Justice lost family members in the Holocaust. We regard it as our duty to the memory of our murdered ancestors to ensure that the lesson of their deaths is not forgotten.
There are many lessons of the Holocaust, including ‘Do not be a bystander;’ ‘Do not stay silent in the face of minor crimes, lest they lead to greater ones;’ ‘Do not shrink from speaking out for fear of retribution.’
Robert Hoeschele, who is a member of our group, grew up in Jonava in Lithuania, which had been a prominent Jewish town until its Jewish inhabitants were wiped out in mass executions by German Einsatzgruppen in 1941, and in the nearby ghetto at Kovno. Robert carries their fate in his heart.
We feel honoured to have him as a member, and appalled that he should be facing trial for following the path of truth and justice.
In the words of the celebrated Jewish legal philosopher Hillel, who lived two millennia before the Holocaust, ‘If not now, then when?’

ROBERT'S FREEDOM STRUGGLE :
Already since spring 2020, Robert became a courageous freedom fighter of the first hour and well-known organiser of demonstrations of QUERDENKEN 841/Bayern, which were known under the slogan "Courage for freedom of speech!". He also appeared as a speaker at demonstrations of "Bavaria stands together". This was followed by arrests by the police, charges, lawsuits, defamation, mobbing and, last but not least, the impossibility of finding a job.
Robert is facing a prison sentence of up to 5 years!

"Urteil des Obersten Gerichtshofs: Covid Impfstoffe sind keine Impfstoffe“

Kaum jemand hat bemerkt, dass Robert F. Kennedy Jr. den Prozess gegen alle Pharmalobbyisten gewonnen hat. Covid-Impfstoffe sind keine Impfstoffe. In seinem Urteil bestätigt der Oberste Gerichtshof, dass die durch die Covid mRNA-Gentherapien verursachten Schäden irreparabel sind. Da der Oberste Gerichtshof das höchste Gericht in den Vereinigten Staaten ist, gibt es keine weiteren Berufungen und die Berufungsmöglichkeiten sind ausgeschöpft.  Robert F. Kennedy betonte in einer ersten Stellungnahme, dass dies ein Erfolg sei, der nur dank der internationalen Zusammenarbeit einer großen Zahl von Anwälten und Wissenschaftlern möglich gewesen sei.

Natürlich öffnet dieses Urteil international etwas, gerade hier in der Schweiz dürfte dieses Urteil Wellen schlagen, denn die Schweiz hat hier mit ihrer Bundesverfassung eine besondere Stellung.  Zum einen steht der Nürnberger Kodex in der Verfassung mit Artikel 118b, und der Missbrauch der Gentechnik am Menschen ist in der Schweiz verboten, nach Artikel 119 der Bundesverfassung.  Ergänzt wird dies durch Artikel 230 bis des Strafgesetzbuches, ... Damit drohen den Tätern bis zu 10 Jahre Gefängnis.

Dieses Urteil sollte aber auch den Rest der Welt aufhorchen lassen, denn der Nürnberger Kodex hat internationale Gültigkeit und ist auch in Artikel 7 des Internationalen Paktes über bürgerliche und politische Rechte enthalten. Bei strafrechtlichen Vorwürfen muss in der Erklärung auf den Contergan-Skandal hingewiesen werden, um der Bedeutung dieses Vorwurfs besonderes Gewicht zu verleihen. Der Politik steht also ein heißer Herbst bevor. Man sollte auch wissen, dass in diesen Prozessen der deutsche Anwalt Dr. Rainer Füllmich und weiter über 100 deutsche Anwälte mitgewirkt haben.

A whole new way of doing science
Quantum biology is one of the most interdisciplinary fields to ever emerge. How do you build community and train scientists to work in this area?
Since the pandemic, my lab at the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of Surrey’s Quantum Biology Doctoral Training Centre have organized Big Quantum Biology meetings to provide an informal weekly forum for researchers to meet and share their expertise in fields like mainstream quantum physics, biophysics, medicine, chemistry and biology.

Research with potentially transformative implications for biology, medicine and the physical sciences will require working within an equally transformative model of collaboration. Working in one unified lab would allow scientists from disciplines that take very different approaches to research to conduct experiments that meet the breadth of quantum biology from the quantum to the molecular, the cellular and the organismal.
The existence of quantum biology as a discipline implies that traditional understanding of life processes is incomplete. Further research will lead to new insights into the age-old question of what life is, how it can be controlled and how to learn with nature to build better quantum technologies.
