Haryana BJP leader and actress Sonali Phogat died last night of heart attack in Goa. She was 41 years old. Sonali's brother confirmed her death. Capt Bhupender, district president of the Hisar BJP said, "Sonali ji was in Goa. I spoke to her assistant and he said that she died of a heart attack".

On Monday night, she was brought to St Anthony Hospital at Anjuna in North Goa district after she complained of uneasiness, sources said.

Goa Director General of Police Jaspal Singh told PTI that Phogat complained of uneasiness while she was at 'Curlies' restaurant in Anjuna from where she was taken to the hospital.

There is no foul play in the case, he said.

“There are no external injury marks on the body,” Singh said, adding that the postmortem report will reveal the exact cause of the death.

“Prime facie, the cause of death is established as heart attack but further medical examination is on,” he said.

BONIFAY, Fla. — On Monday afternoon (Sept 12) Holmes County senior Tyler Erickson went to golf practice. He then came home and drank some water before deciding to go back on the course.

Once the sun went down and Erickson still wasn’t home, his parents went looking for him. They found their son slumped on the floorboard of the golf cart on the sixth hole.

In a Facebook post, Erickson’s parents said he may have had a heart attack or blood clot.

Holmes County High School plans to release balloons honoring Erickson Wednesday at 2 p.m. It would have been his 18th birthday.

The mother of a young 18-year-old lifeguard from Italy’s San Benedetto del Tronto has urgently requested an autopsy after her son died suddenly after feeling ill on Saturday, September 10.

According to reports on Monday, September 12, Lorenzo Squillace, who had recently celebrated his 18th birthday, said he felt ill while at home and died at a local hospital.

Local media reports suggest that Squillace, who turned 18 on August 25, was a healthy young man working as a lifeguard.

After complaining about feeling ill, the teenager’s mother took him to A&E at the Madonna del Soccorso in San Benedetto del Tronto.

The worried woman parked outside and ran in with her son, left him with the doctors just long enough to find a parking space.

However, upon her return, she found Lorenzo already intubated and dying.

FREDERICK, Md. (BW)- A Winters Mill High School football player was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore during the second quarter of a game against St. John’s Catholic Prep on Friday, Sept. 2.

Greyson Lyons, a defensive lineman for the Winters Mill Falcons, did not get up after making a tackle.

Lyons was revived through chest compressions and a defibrillator.

He was flown to Shock Trauma and his heart failed again. Medical personnel were able to revive him.

Lyons has been diagnosed with Long QT syndrome, a disorder that can cause fast, chaotic heartbeats known as arrhythmias.

A beloved high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs died unexpectedly on Thursday, Aug. 18. He was 16.

Quentin Watson was an upcoming junior at Norristown Area High School, where he was known for playing basketball, the school district said.

"Doshmere Falana experienced the worse thing a parent could ever go through, the loss of her 16 year old son. Quentin Watson died from unknown medical causes. He fought so hard but it was time for him to rest."

Megha Thakur, a former Saugeen-Maitland Hall don and TikTok influencer, passed away Nov. 24. She was 21 years old.

Thakur was a popular social media influencer, whose content focused on body positivity and self confidence. Her TikTok account reached over 900,000 followers and approximately 32 million likes since she posted her first video in November 2019. 

Thakur studied computer science at Western University in fall 2021. She lived in Delaware Hall in her first year before moving to Saugeen to work in her second year. She was previously a model for CAISA fashion show, the largest student-run charity fashion show in Canada. 

On Megha's Instagram her parents said she "suddenly and unexpectedly passed away."
