What did Dr. El-Deiry discover? Essentially, he uncovered that the spike protein blocks the p53 gene's function. Does this imply that everyone will develop cancer? Not necessarily. However, without the protective action of the p53 gene, the likelihood of cancer rises significantly, especially in those with more DNA damage. It’s important to acknowledge physicians who sincerely repent the error of their ways.

I expect there are very many doctors who, at various moments along the way, became aware that what they were doing was actively harmful.

Of those, how many are likely to have gone public with their “conversion”? Not many. There’s little upside & the potential for punishment is substantial.

In my opinion, this information cannot be interpreted other than as a kind of uprising forced from above. Otherwise people cannot survive. It would have to have something to do with a deliberate acceleration of the 2030 Agenda. may require a coordinated international response.”

The definition of a health emergency is almost ridiculously easy to meet. You could have also written: 'A public health emergency is what has been declared as such.' The uncontrolled, dictatorial decision-making power lies solely with the WHO Director General. There is an Annex 2 with a non-binding decision rule and examples of when declaring a public health emergency is appropriate. They are also extremely vague and easy to fulfill. For example, it is sufficient if there are many cases relative to the place, time and population of occurrence, whatever that means, and one of the following conditions is met: cases in a densely populated area or cases among health workers. It also expressly states that it is not a requirement that people have already been affected by the infection.
Interim conclusion:

A public health emergency of international concern can be anything the WHO Director General declares, down to a moderate flu epidemic. For a pandemic emergency, it must also be added that the disease threatens to spread beyond more than one WHO region, that the health system is in danger of being overwhelmed (e.g. beginning of a wave of influenza), that something in the affected countries is in danger of being disrupted as a result, and something after that The WHO Director-General's view speaks for collective action.
Meaning

Part 2 of the translation :

The bizarre thing is that it has no apparent significance whether a health emergency is also classified as a pandemic emergency or not. I haven't found a single passage in the entire document that says anything follows from the classification as a pandemic emergency. The word pandemic alone appears only once, in Article 1, where the term is defined. After that, there is only talk of a pandemic emergency, i.e. an impending pandemic.

It is difficult to think of a good reason why the negotiators would come up with such a new definition of the object of their efforts shortly before the vote if nothing follows from this new definition.

The only way I can explain it is that people came to the realization that the term health emergency of international concern is too bureaucratic and cumbersome to scare anyone with it. Supervisory Board

With a new article to be inserted after Article 54, the WHO Secretariat proposes the creation of an Implementation and Compliance Committee for the International Health Regulations. The objection period has expired until the next federal elections. This is precisely why there is a rule that the text of the amended treaty that is to be voted on must be available four months before the vote.

The supervisory board itself should not have any sanctioning power. But the existence of such a body, which is authorized to identify deficits, would significantly increase the possibility of indirect pressure to implement the current WHO recommendations. Then the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, World Trade Organization and others with any semblance of authority can demonstrate and use their thumbscrews on those who do not want to adhere to the WHO recommendations.
The WHO's leverage

In addition to the indirect but very powerful means of pressure mentioned above, the WHO can also put pressure on countries that do not want to make a difference. It would go too far and exceed my know-how to list all the possibilities. However, I would like to mention one that catches the eye. The new IHR will strengthen the WHO's role as a standard setter for international travel. It has already announced that it will take over the infrastructure of the EU's digital health pass from the Corona period for permanent global use. Conclusion

If the federal government agrees to these rules and does not object to their application to Germany when necessary, it is acting blatantly against the interests of its citizens.
