The latest draft of the Pandemic Treaty proposed by WHO’s Intergovernmental Negotiating Body is an admission of failure so significant that they are suggesting nations sign an incomplete document.

“They know that they cannot show us the details of what they really want to do. So, they are proposing an incomplete, watered-down agreement in the hopes that they will be able to make decisions in the future; in the hopes that we won’t be paying attention,” James Roguski has concluded.

Please note:  WHO’s Pandemic Treaty has also been referred to as the Pandemic Accord, Pandemic Agreement and WHO Convention Agreement + (“WHO CA+”).  In this article, we refer to it as the Pandemic Agreement.

The ninth meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (“INB”) started on 18 March and ended on 28 March. “WHO Member States agreed to resume negotiations aimed at finalising a pandemic agreement during 29 April to 10 May” at the resumption of INB9, a statement released by the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) said.

In December 2021 WHO decided to establish the INB to draft and negotiate a WHO convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.  INB9 is the ninth meeting of the INB.

The next round of INB9 negotiations will end a little over two weeks before the World Health Assembly.

“Next month’s resumption of INB9 will be a critical milestone ahead of the Seventy-seventh World Health Assembly, starting 27 May 2024, at which Member States are scheduled to consider the proposed text of the world’s first pandemic agreement for adoption,”  WHO’s statement said.

WHO’s statement includes a link to a draft of the Pandemic Agreement that INB9 was negotiating.  This version is labelled A/INB/9/3 and is dated 13 March 2024.

WHO is not really run by Tedros. Hes a front man. This organisation is 86% funded by none other than Bill Gates.

That tells us everything we need to know and why they must be utterly rejected.

He also discovered a gene named p21, which p53 affects. p21 acts like a brake in our cells, slowing down their division, especially when they're under stress.

What did Dr. El-Deiry discover? Essentially, he uncovered that the spike protein blocks the p53 gene's function. Does this imply that everyone will develop cancer? Not necessarily. However, without the protective action of the p53 gene, the likelihood of cancer rises significantly, especially in those with more DNA damage. What if the spike protein continues to be produced non-stop? One can only imagine ! ( ... )."

In 1982, a much younger Ed Griffin made this recording, of Norman Dodd.

I think you will be horrified by what Dodd told Griffin.

It’s important to acknowledge physicians who sincerely repent the error of their ways.

I expect there are very many doctors who, at various moments along the way, became aware that what they were doing was actively harmful.

Of those, how many are likely to have gone public with their “conversion”? Not many. There’s little upside & the potential for punishment is substantial.

My interpretation of the change in Canadian laws / opinion on the above post.

In my opinion, this information cannot be interpreted other than as a kind of uprising forced from above. Otherwise people cannot survive. It would have to have something to do with a deliberate acceleration of the 2030 Agenda. During an excerpt from the table games / preparations for the plandemic, I heard that military measures against an expected revolt are planned after 10 years. Later I heard a short statement from Klaus Schwab, who suggested the “necessary acceleration of the agenda”. I cannot interpret the above laws other than in this context. The perpetrators become afraid and want to react quickly before all citizens find out the truth about the true, intended mRNA effect.

Are there other possible interpretations other than an attempt to create an excuse to give the military expanded powers ?
