This is a dense read, but I think an essential one in order to understand how unlawful things have become legal on paper through the establishment of acts permissible in a public health emergency.
Various federal laws effectively suspend normal regulations that apply to human pharmaceuticals if a PHE is declared. At that point, EUAs are automatically granted provided the entity in question is a “covered countermeasure” under the provisions of the PREP Act.
No amount of protesting about alleged contamination, lack of informed consent or that specific individuals behaving badly are going to get anywhere in court cases until the heart of the evil agenda is widely understood.
At the moment, only a small fraction of those who know something is badly awry has any knowledge at all of what has happened.
Reading this will close quite a few of the gaps.
By the way, we’re still under a PHE, believe it or not.
We have to be. The moment that is declared ended, a lot of people will be going to jail, at best.
So they’re never going to end it, not while there are any doses of “covered countermeasures” sitting in pharmacies & potentially injected into a person.
