Aber das Spiel ist vorbei wenn die Figuren (die Menschen) des Spiels aufhören an Herrschaft zu glauben und sich nicht wie eben jene Schachfiguren behandeln lassen, die man einfach über das Brett bewegen kann (wie Befehlsausführer).

The Statement of the molecular geneticist Dr. med. Michael Nehls is a significant expansion of Prof. Breggin's brain technology statements :

This apparently unremarkable interview is of utmost importance for understanding the events.

I know all the statements made by critical medical scientists regarding the Covid plandemic. And I spent a lot of time reading all the major media articles about it, including the linked scientific studies. I also know Prof. Breggin's statements about the effect of mRNA and NLP on the brain. So I'm well informed and I didn't think anything else could shock me. The statements from Dr. Michael Nehls shook me to the bone today. He is a German molecular biologist who focuses specifically on the functions of the brain. He describes the effect of mRNA and NLPs on the human brain in great detail and understandably. He tells how the brains of "vaccinated" people are rendered incapable of producing new so-called index brain neurons, how certain personality structures are damaged, and how people lose their natural curiosity about information that contradicts previous indoctrination.
His statements correspond to my experiences when I tried to enlighten people very often without success. People who I had normally considered capable of thinking were no longer receptive because the production of the index brain neurons was disrupted and stopped chemically and by propaganda. Dr. Nehls speaks extremely quickly and I suspect that he is not 100% aware of the great value of his statements. It is the final, missing piece that allows us to understand the operation of the criminal covid-agenda as a whole. It turns out that there were even fewer coincidences in the plandemic measures than we thought. The effect of these measures on the brain corresponds exactly to the chemical effect of the mRNA and reinforces it. The brain damage is intentional and is also intentional in the children. Society is deliberately made mentally ( brain-technically ) weak-willed and mentally disinterested, which is intended to enable criminals to have total control without resistance.

Unfortunately, at the moment I am unable to invest time in the translation because I have important things to do urgently. Dr. Nehls himself does not seem to be informed about all facets of the fraud and regards both viruses SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2 as well as the change in the virus in the Wuhan laboratory as facts. Nevertheless, it provides the very last piece of the puzzle for understanding the events that have been taking place since 2019/2020. Figuratively speaking: importance level 1A! The interview and the very good description of the targeted changes in the brain seem plausible and extremely shocking. I think that there can be nothing more important at the moment than this apparently "inconspicuous" interview.

Production of biomolecules for biological, medical, forensic and clinical applications

Oligonucleotides or oligos are short single- or double-stranded segments of nucleic acids that are linked together to form a single-chain biopolymer. In principle, the individual base pairs of a nucleotide correspond to the monomers that make up classic chemical polymers. A nucleotide consists of three parts: a base with a nitrogen atom, a sugar molecule with five carbon atoms (both together form the nucleoside) and one or more phosphate groups. Alternatively, nucleotides may also contain non-naturally occurring or non-canonical bases. Examples are LNA (locked nucleic acids, bridged nucleic acids), morpholino oligomers and structurally modified bases or backbones.

The complex linking of nucleotides leads to the biologically important biomolecules RNA and DNA. In RNA, a single-stranded biopolymer, the underlying sugar molecule is ribose. The double-stranded DNA, however, contains deoxyribose as a sugar. The short sequences of deoxyribonucleic acid and ribonucleic acid are the building blocks of important oligonucleotides. By specifically linking these nucleotides, very specific biomolecules can be produced, which are then used in biology, medicine, forensics and the clinic.

Applications in research, diagnostics, forensics and therapy

Oligonucleotide primers and probes

The most common use of synthetic oligonucleotides is as shorter primers and probes (up to 30 monomers) in a variety of applications. A nucleotide sequence is synthesized that is, inversely, complementary to a larger target DNA or RNA strand, the target sequence. As primers, oligos initiate enzymatic reactions, with the help of which a shorter or longer target sequence can then be copied billions of times. Well-known examples are the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or the Sanger method of DNA sequencing. Applications for oligo primers include DNA sequencing, gene expression, cloning and molecular genetic diagnostics.

Oligo probes help identify specific DNA or RNA target sequences. They bind to them and thus prove the presence of this particular sequence in a sample material. Applications in which oligo probes are used include blotting methods such as Northern blotting (for RNA) or Southern blotting (for DNA), sequences coupled to fluorophores in microarrays to detect changes in gene expression, for screening for genetic diseases or to identify certain pathogens.

Oligo therapeutics/gene therapy

In therapeutic applications, antisense oligonucleotides (ASO) made of 20 to 30 mers are used to exploit natural biological contexts for gene inhibition or silencing (destroying) certain unwanted or overactive RNA sequences. This blocks the expression of damaged or overactive proteins that can cause or promote disease. Research into oligo-based therapeutics has experienced an enormous boom in recent years. As a result, a large number of new active ingredients were approved.

The Future of Synthetic Nucleotides: Exploring DNA and RNA Vaccine Modalities

Strictly speaking, these are not oligonucleotides, but DNA or RNA-based vaccines, such as mRNA, plasmid or vector-based nucleic acids with a length of many hundreds or thousands of bases, are the spearhead of new synthetic technologies.

With DNA or RNA vaccines, unnecessary or harmful components of a bacterium or virus no longer need to be injected. Instead, such a nucleic acid-based vaccine contains the code for just a few parts of the DNA or RNA of this pathogen. These DNA or RNA strands then stimulate the patient's immune system to produce certain antigens or fragments of the pathogen. Modern computer technology and in silico modeling allow the development of oligonucleotide vaccines in just a few days or weeks. All you have to do is have a suitable target sequence available. Vaccines based on oligonucleotides represent a platform technology. They use standard building blocks or starting materials and thus enable countless different combinations. This makes them relatively economical and easy to produce compared to traditional vaccine modalities. However, this approach is not yet fully developed in the biopharmaceutical industry. New challenges are constantly being addressed, some of which only concern oligo and long nucleic acid products while others are shared with other biotherapeutic modalities.
