Recently, Artem Khozyainov took part in an open meeting with the members of the UATE.
He shared his interpretation of well-known concepts based on his experience:
π΅ An inner resource includes mental, emotional, and physical energy. This energy directly impacts decision-making, communication, leadership quality, and strategic thinking
π΄ Each person has an internal battery and operates at different energy levels, from survival (0β15%) to visionary leadership (80β100%). Strategic leadership starts from 50β60%+ energy
π‘ You can measure your resources using Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Model with various apps (Artem, for example, uses Welltory)
π΅ The following things drain your energy: unrealistic expectations, overthinking, comparison, neglecting core values and needs
π΄ How to increase the energy level of your inner battery: do meaningful work and celebrate small wins, enjoy the process, flow state is energy-giving, live with a goal β regularly review and align your direction, strengthen your physical foundations, find time for yourself and try help others
π‘ Manage your energy like a business system: implement healthy habits, focus on who you want to become, schedule time for restoration and self-care, do weekly/monthly energy check-ins
Energy is not a mood, self-care is not selfish, itβs strategic
If you donβt manage your battery, you canβt manage your strategy. Take care of your mental and physical well-being. It isnβt a luxury but a long-term investment.

A Journey Built on Teamwork, Resilience, and Unforgettable Views
At 06:39 AM on August 15th, the Quantori flag was raised by our colleague Nick Shapovalov on the Roof of Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro, 5,895m high.
The climb tested every step with thin air and endless scree, but rewarded us with glaciers glowing in the sunrise and the vast savanna stretching into Kenya.
This was more than reaching a summit, it was a journey of resilience, teamwork, and spirit, carrying the ambitious heart of Quantori to new heights.

Quantori Research
π΅ We are proud to share that our CSO, Yuriy Gankin, PhD, contributed to a landmark study presenting the first comprehensive molecular epidemiology analysis of the HIV epidemic in an understudied region of Eastern Europe.
π΄ The research offers valuable insights into historical transmission waves, key drivers of spread, and the role of major urban centers, helping fill an important gap in understanding HIV dynamics across the broader region.
π‘ A big congratulations to Yuriy and the entire team of authors on this impactful work and its contribution to global public health research.
