Today, we celebrate World Environment Day 🍃, a global initiative led by the United Nations that highlights the power we all have to make a positive impact. This year’s theme, “Beat Plastic Pollution,” calls for urgent action to reduce plastic waste.

Quantori participated in the “DoIT with the EU” project, an initiative aimed at addressing the growing demand for skilled IT professionals in Georgia.
The project successfully retrained over 400 specialists, equipping them with international certifications in high-demand fields.
As an active partner in the project, Quantori contributed through Business Intelligence training and career development seminars led by our employees.
The project concluded with a closing event at Tech Park Tbilisi, where Quantori representatives engaged with graduates and industry experts.
We are proud to empower IT talent and drive innovation in Georgia’s IT industry.

Recently, Artem Khozyainov took part in an open meeting with the members of the UATE.
He shared his interpretation of well-known concepts based on his experience:
🔵 An inner resource includes mental, emotional, and physical energy. This energy directly impacts decision-making, communication, leadership quality, and strategic thinking
🔴 Each person has an internal battery and operates at different energy levels, from survival (0–15%) to visionary leadership (80–100%). Strategic leadership starts from 50–60%+ energy
🟡 You can measure your resources using Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Model with various apps (Artem, for example, uses Welltory)
🔵 The following things drain your energy: unrealistic expectations, overthinking, comparison, neglecting core values and needs
🔴 How to increase the energy level of your inner battery: do meaningful work and celebrate small wins, enjoy the process, flow state is energy-giving, live with a goal – regularly review and align your direction, strengthen your physical foundations, find time for yourself and try help others
🟡 Manage your energy like a business system: implement healthy habits, focus on who you want to become, schedule time for restoration and self-care, do weekly/monthly energy check-ins
Energy is not a mood, self-care is not selfish, it’s strategic
If you don’t manage your battery, you can’t manage your strategy. Take care of your mental and physical well-being. It isn’t a luxury but a long-term investment.

A Journey Built on Teamwork, Resilience, and Unforgettable Views
At 06:39 AM on August 15th, the Quantori flag was raised by our colleague Nick Shapovalov on the Roof of Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro, 5,895m high.
The climb tested every step with thin air and endless scree, but rewarded us with glaciers glowing in the sunrise and the vast savanna stretching into Kenya.
This was more than reaching a summit, it was a journey of resilience, teamwork, and spirit, carrying the ambitious heart of Quantori to new heights.
