Our QA participated in a conference of the National Bureau of Expertise in AM.
At Quantori, we're privileged to have a team made up of individuals with diverse scientific backgrounds. One such expert is Anatoliy Kind, our Senior Manual QA Engineer. Anatoliy's academic foundation has proven invaluable in his work on Quantori projects.
Recently, Anatoliy participated in an international scientific-practical conference organized by the National Bureau of Expertise of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia. He delivered a presentation on Intelligent Data Search, sharing his unique approach to using language models.
Anatoliy shares, "Diverse interests, such as analytical toxicology and QA, broaden my perspective, enabling me to track trends in the fascinating field of life sciences and apply scientific approaches to everyday work challenges. Every conference participation is a stride towards enhancing my problem-solving capabilities and intertwining these seemingly different interests."

At DigiTec, Artem Khozyainov, VP of Delivery Operations, presented his insights on sustainable motivation, breaking it down into six key factors: mutual trust, autonomy, competence, relatedness, purpose, and incentives.
Here’s a glimpse into his valuable takeaways:
🔵 Mutual Trust
Trust is built on integrity. Don't promise anything you don’t fully stand behind.
🔵 Autonomy
Responsibility and autonomy require empowerment. Give people the space and authority they need to own their roles.
🔵 Competence
Keep people engaged in their work. Recognize when interest fades, offer new challenges, and build supportive mentor-mentee relationships.
🔵 Relatedness
Feedback matters—indifference kills motivation. Show people the emotional value of their work. Sincerity in highlighting each accomplishment is key to fostering a sense of belonging.

A new battery recycling box in the office!
We have installed a battery recycling box, where our employees can deposit their used batteries and accumulators for responsible recycling. Recycling batteries prevents harmful chemicals from polluting the environment and allows materials to be reused, conserving natural resources.
"For Armenia, waste recycling is a crucial initiative. We're joining a worldwide eco movement and Quantori is proud to be among the companies implementing eco-friendly processes and activities here. Our team not only embraced the idea but also actively participated by bringing batteries and accumulators within the first few days of the box installation", Anna comments, office manager of the Armenian office.
