- mm: Micro-optimize PID map reads for arm64 retaining output format
- Improved WiFi Initialization at early boot.
This update should improve active battery drain, also this update should improve performance on games thanks to kerneltoast micro-optimization on PID.

- Dropped 691, 710 and 844MHz minimum frequencies from CAF.
- Using 100HZ ticker
- Bumped devfreq_boost wake boost value to 1000
- Using 16ms as ramp/decay timing.
What to test?

No support for people using:
- Custom dtbo images
- Kernel tweakers

- Remove QoS low latency as fts is not compatible.
- Fix some QCACLD idle drain
- Tweaked WALT Predictive load algorithm
- Enabled Wireguard (introduced on LTS Upstream)
- Exposed Interfaces for battery idle (ACC)
- Patched vbmeta flags to expose locked bootloader state
- Allow sched boost functionality since we fixed bad tasks migration results by WALT.
- Using -O3 optimization.

Changelog for DTB version:
- Initial release with DTB from source
Please consider that DTB may not boot or probaly start slowly, if you don't have a way to restore boot and dtbo, I recommend you to use the other version (The non DTB zip) if you wanna help me to test dtb then flash DTB Zip please.
