New test build for OSS ROMs
Changelog:
- Tweaked rate limits for schedutil governor
- fix check for stale utilization values
- mm: Micro-optimize PID map reads for arm64 retaining output format
- Improved WiFi Initialization at early boot.
This update should improve active battery drain, also this update should improve performance on games thanks to kerneltoast micro-optimization on PID.

New test build for ONLY OSS ROMs
Changelog:
- Switched to PELT Scheduler
- Dropped 691, 710 and 844MHz minimum frequencies from CAF.
- Using 100HZ ticker
- Bumped devfreq_boost wake boost value to 1000
- Using 16ms as ramp/decay timing.
What to test?
- Active battery drain
- Performance on games and benchmarks
No support for people using:
- Custom dtbo images
- Kernel tweakers
NOTES:
- Test versions are at .177 upstream, when the branch reach stable it will be pushed to latest LTS Upstream
- When this build get to stable branch it will support prebuilt vendor roms.

- Enabled cpu-boost from CAF
- Using 100HZ ticker
- Minor scheduler improvements
- Upstreamed SLMK from Sultan's repo.
- Dropped 1804Mhz frequency from little/silver cluster (we are using only this frequency: 1708800hz)
- Fixed some camera memory leaks
- Boost DDR bus also when sched_boost is triggered while commiting a frame

- Compiled using proton clang 13
- Tweaked scheduler for WALT
- Fix kernel CAF's and Xiaomi's Changes for CFI and ThinLTO
- Make little cluster as IRQ affinities
- Remove QoS low latency as fts is not compatible.
- Fix some QCACLD idle drain
- Tweaked WALT Predictive load algorithm
- Enabled Wireguard (introduced on LTS Upstream)
