How to reduce anxiety and improve QA scores in mocks?
1. Take slow, deep breaths, and try to relax. Visualize yourself performing well.
2. Allocate time for each question, and stick to your plan. Don't get stuck on a single question.
3. Attempt the simpler questions first to build momentum and save time for tougher ones.
4. Concentrate on the current question, and avoid worrying about time or performance.
5. Try to write less and do more calculations mentally!
6. After the mocks, analyze your performance, and adjust your strategy for future tests.
Remember, stress is natural, but with preparation and the right mindset, you can manage it and perform your best.
