We go through the preparation phase thinking that we are missing something.

Somehow, we feel that there must be something that we could do and just instantaneously solve a question.

The truth? There is no secret ingredient.

You just have to be strong enough to brave it all out...

And when you do, things will automatically become easier for you!!!

A 3 pronged Strategy is essential for success.

1. Work on your #CAT/#XAT/#NMAT/#SNAP/ etc and plan to finish your basic preparations by July end. This will give you more than enough time to attempt a good number of #Mocks and identify your strong and weak areas. Hence, you will be able to formulate a good working #Strategy.

2. #GDPI Preparation - Start working on basic #HR questions Like "Tell me something about yourself", "Strengths", "Weaknesses", "Role Models" etc. They are highly time consuming and people often skip out on preparing for these planning to tackle them when the asked - Obviously, to their disadvantage!

3. Work on improving and optimising your #profile elements - so you can show yourself as someone who is different and can add value to the group. #WorkExperience, #Internships, Relevant courses to build your profile are some of the things can be done to give you that extra edge
