In Japan, people are very healthy.

You know the biggest reason for it? Moderation.

Rather than focusing on eliminating fast food and refined sugar, they practice moderation.

They don't overstuff themselves with unhealthy food and they don't deprive themselves as well.

We can use this principal of moderation in our daily lives as well.

You don't need to eliminate phone use or social media scrolling or Netflix series. Watching one show or 5 minutes scrolling won't hurt you.

It becomes problem only when you keep overdoing it. Everything in moderation.

The thing you need to understand about CAT (and in general all MBA entrance exams)

It is not hard like JEE / NEET - Just Focussing on tough problems and memorizing bunch of facts is not going to help you! Just Hard work isn't enough!!

It is not formula driven like SSC/CGL - Memorizing formulae and varieties of questions is not going to help you either! Just Smart work isn't enough!!

You have to Manage time - Clear basic concepts - Have good vocabulary - Remember Approached and Formulae.

Hard Work + Smart Work is our way forward.

We go through the preparation phase thinking that we are missing something.

Somehow, we feel that there must be something that we could do and just instantaneously solve a question.

The truth? There is no secret ingredient.

You just have to be strong enough to brave it all out...

And when you do, things will automatically become easier for you!!!
