Preparing for an #MBA #interview in requires a combination of #Knowledge, #Self Awareness and #Communication skills
1. Be prepared to discuss every detail on your resume. Highlight your achievements, experiences, and the skills you've acquired.
2. Familiarize yourself with the MBA program you are interviewing for. Know the curriculum, faculty, unique features, and any recent achievements of the business school.
3. Be clear about your short-term and long-term career goals. Explain how an MBA aligns with your aspirations and how the specific program can help you achieve them.
4. Prepare commonly anticipated questions. Questions about your past experiences, Questions about challenges you've faced, and how you've overcome them. Prepare examples that showcase your leadership skills and ability to collaborate with others.
5. Participate in mock interviews with friends, family, or career counselors. Practice answering common questions and receive feedback to improve your responses.
6. Prepare thoughtful questions to ask the interviewers. This demonstrates your genuine interest in the program and your strategic thinking. This is not a mandatory part
The more you think of an interview as an interaction, the better your experience would be. If you think of it as a QnA session, the more stressed out you will be.
I can not emphasize this last part enough. Maintain composure during the interview. Speak clearly, concisely, and with confidence. Take a moment to gather your thoughts before responding to questions.

How do I improve the quant section to excel in the CAT?
1) Look at the last 6 year papers which have been released for CAT.
2) Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Just analyse the solutions to understand what went wrong and where. Also understand what went right and how you can build up on itβ¦
3) Practice. Lots of it
4) Clear up your basic concepts and leave the handicap of calculators. Practice loads of Mental calculations
5) Practice
6) Make your own approaches to solve questions
7) Practice
8) Don't let Quant scare you. Learn to enjoy numbers!
9) Practice
10) Last and most important: Be flexible in your thought, your approach. Rigidity is not the style for CAT
Follow it rigorously. I know it is an arduous task but it worth investing this time.
But nothing worth having comes easy!!!

Every year, a question of which coaching institute to join comes in my inbox
My 2 cents, rest is your call
My suggestion, as I warned couple of other places, is to not be persuaded by any persons answer.
You know the key CAT training institutes in your area.
Visit every one of them. Check them out and see which ones should your particular requirements.
For example if you have a weak base, identify which institute will provide you a better chance of getting your doubts solved by the faculty? Which institute offers you one to one interaction with the faculty? Which institute has more comprehensive practice material? Which institute offers flexibility of classes ability to attend makeup classes? And all that.
Nowadays, there is also the aspect of ONLINE vs. OFFLINE - ONLINE is great is you are a self driven individual who can manage time and resources by themselves. If you need continuous prodding to get a work done and prefer a personal touch, OFFLINE is the way to go for you.
And then make your own decision. Because what may suit one may not suit another.

Well if the answer to Life, Universe and Everything is 42; be joyous, we have crossed 42Β² = 1764 members as of now!
Thanks for being there and listening to my 2 cents!
Regards
@TheQuantMentor
PS: If only solving QA was always this easy
PPS: First one to give me the "42" connotation without googling will get a free CV review. BUT I EXPECT YOU TO BE HONOURABLE!
