How to deal with burnout during preparation
It's essential to address burnout to maintain your well-being and achieve your academic goals.
1. Be aware of the symptoms such as exhaustion, decreased motivation, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. Recognizing the signs early can help you take action. Do not hesitate in discussing with a Counselor/ Mentor or Professional therapist.
2. Use Pomodoro Technique to structure your study time, allowing for short, focused study intervals followed by brief breaks. Suggested is a 25 minute stretch of focused work followed by a five-minute break. 15 minutes break after four consecutive work intervals. Engaging in hobbies or activities you enjoy can provide relaxation and a much-needed mental break.
3. A clear study / preparation plan will reduce stress and help you stay on track.
4. Prioritize self-care such as getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, and engaging in regular physical activity. Incorporate relaxation exercises into your routine to reduce stress and improve focus. Techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga can be helpful.
5. Maintain a positive mindset. Focus on your strengths, past achievements, and progress rather than dwelling on mistakes or potential failures.
We end up focussing only on our physical health while no one talks about mental health. That is of an equal importance.
Stay safe

There is a common misconception that people have about Quantitative Aptitude.
They think that they have to attempt each and every question in their sectional test or mock. And that, obviously, isn't possible in the limited time. Not at the beginning for sure.
Let's take an example
You attempt 12 questions with 100% accuracy. That is 36 marks. (12 * 3)
You attempt 15 questions with 80% accuracy, that is 33 marks. (12 * 3 - 3 * 1)
Obviously the first case is better.
So, start small, Get it completely right and then (step by step) start increasing your number of attempts.
22 questions can be attempted in 10 mins. It's only attempting correctly, or increasing accuracy, which takes time.

Find the arithmetic mean of all the distinct numbers that can be obtained by rearranging the digits in 1421, including itself.
Secret option in mocks
There is an option in each of your mock or sectional tests to view the entire section at one go.
If you click on that option, you can look at the entire section in one go and identify which are the easier Questions or Sets or RCs that you would like to attempt first.
This should help you make a better strategy.
Happy preparations to all 😁😁
PS: This option is available in actual CAT as well...
PPS: If you aren't able to find the option, share a snap of your screen with your test window open (Hide any crucial details) and I will highlight the same for you!
