What if??
Can you guess the collective problem of everybody preparing for an MBA exam?
Putting too much focus on the exam. How it is a career maker or breaker!
But honestly speaking, IS IT REALLY?
A lot of CEOs are not MBA. A lot of start - up guys are not MBA, though they may end up hiring MBA for various roles.
As I was discussing in a batch today, What is the worst thing that can happen if you don't clear CAT?
अगर नहीं होता है तो कुछ नहीं तो food cart खोल लेंगे - MBA chai wala, Pakode wala तो बहुत सुने हैं। एक अपना भी खोल लेंगे और कुछ नहीं तो job कर लेंगे।
Point being, Remove the exam from pedestal. The more you idolize the exam, the more daunting it becomes, the more stress we encounter!!!

How to deal with burnout during preparation
It's essential to address burnout to maintain your well-being and achieve your academic goals.
1. Be aware of the symptoms such as exhaustion, decreased motivation, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. Recognizing the signs early can help you take action. Do not hesitate in discussing with a Counselor/ Mentor or Professional therapist.
2. Use Pomodoro Technique to structure your study time, allowing for short, focused study intervals followed by brief breaks. Suggested is a 25 minute stretch of focused work followed by a five-minute break. 15 minutes break after four consecutive work intervals. Engaging in hobbies or activities you enjoy can provide relaxation and a much-needed mental break.
3. A clear study / preparation plan will reduce stress and help you stay on track.
4. Prioritize self-care such as getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, and engaging in regular physical activity. Incorporate relaxation exercises into your routine to reduce stress and improve focus. Techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga can be helpful.
5. Maintain a positive mindset. Focus on your strengths, past achievements, and progress rather than dwelling on mistakes or potential failures.
We end up focussing only on our physical health while no one talks about mental health. That is of an equal importance.
Stay safe
