Months of clean rent. Then a session-kick mid-cycle.
The account — emptied and deleted. The owner — told to "kill yourself".
Welcome to Quant | ScamExpose, investigation #2. @cold is one of the "trusted" guarantor handles named on the fakemm[.]cc operator roster we exposed in investigation #1. This is what happened to one buyer who actually rented from him — on-chain payment receipts, full chat record, screenshots saved before he tried to delete them.
— Username: @cold (also operates @tall, @pour, @poem)
— Display: Cold MM • @Notifications
— TG ID: 4595035 (DC1, Miami FL, USA)
— Bio claim: @Middleman • @Vouch • CEO @Underground
— Channel: Cold's Telegram Portal · ~8,160 subscribers
— Auto-reply opener: "Don't message without having crypto ready to pay"
— Listed: on the fakemm[.]cc "Trusted" team page (investigation #1)
The scam disguises itself as a perfectly normal virtual-number rental:
When the buyer showed receipts, @cold replied (in order):
— "Multiple people claim they own this account."
— "I didn't kick anyone. Telegram sometimes terms sessions."
— "Unless you can prove identity with the 2fa, you're not logging back in."
— "You are not the only person to provide such evidence."
— "And the 2fa password does not work."
The 2FA is held by @cold; the buyer cannot satisfy the demand by definition. The count of "others with proofs" drifts from "3 people" to "4 people" inside the same conversation. Asked to produce one of them, @cold produced none — no @-handle, no screenshot, no TXID. The claim is impossible by construction: only the actual renter holds the on-chain receipts paid from their own wallet to @cold's.
— ~$2,000–$2,200 sitting in the account's CryptoBot @send wallet
— ~$400–$600 of collectibles in the account inventory
— Account deleted one week before rent renewal — no Telegram-side record survives
— @cold ignored direct messages from the QuantMarketplace owners
When pressed for accountability, @cold sent:
"Kill yourself you fucking cunt."
Then he deleted his own messages to scrub the trail. The deletion was not fast enough — the buyer screenshotted in time. Forwarded chat record follows this post.
There is no human middleman to bribe, kick, or gaslight you. There is no session for anyone to "terminate" on your behalf, no cloud password to hand over. Numbers, gifts and channels move through on-chain TON escrow: your funds release only after the transfer is confirmed on the blockchain. The whole attack surface @cold exploits does not exist on Quant.
If you paid him on-chain — to a TON, SOL or other wallet — and were kicked from the rented account or ignored afterwards:
— Document every TXID, payment timestamp and chat screenshot before they vanish from your side too
— Trace each on-chain flow on
tonscan[.]org, tonviewer[.]com, solscan[.]io — funds from these patterns typically hop between disposable wallets within minutes— Report @cold and the alt handles @tall · @pour · @poem through Telegram's spam-report flow
— Move every future number / gift / channel deal to a market with structural escrow
