BREAKING: Elon Musk reportedly makes a proposal to proceed with deal to buy Twitter at $54.20, trading of TWTR shares halted

While this is a real bankruptcy filing in a Louisiana court, it's not the Blackrock investment firm.

It's a small single asset real estate company with only about $500k in assets that is seeking bankruptcy protection because it's debts also run up to about $500k.

But some people are passing it around like Blackrock International is bankrupt.

If the real Blackrock Int. Inc. the investment firm based in NYC, had filed for bankruptcy back in January, the whole freaking WORLD would have heard about it at the time.
