The company on Friday adopted a so-called poison pill that makes it difficult for him to increase his stake beyond 15%.
What the MSM wonโt tell you, is that the poison pill doesnโt work if existing shareholders decide not to buy the new shares... not to mention that it wouldnโt stop Elon from doing a hostile takeover given his amount of resources.

Given what we're seeing when it comes to this twitter debate, everyone paying attention knows what is underlying it all. Know that to those behind twitter, it never was about the moneyโฆNever. The real value is not the โassetโ or even growthโฆthe real value is in the tyrannical and authoritarian control of FREE SPEECH. Look at some of the figures behind twitter that most Americans are now just learning about (a Saudi Prince?). Remember, twitter censored the sitting president of the United States of America (Donald J. Trump). They did this while allowing despots and dictators to continue to air their hatred of America. I could careless about twitter, but I fully support what Elon Musk is attempting to do. He is showing the international community how a business deal of serious magnitude is done, but doing so in an incredibly transparent way. I wish him luck. Dear Elon,
I was censored from Twitter on the exact same day as President Trump (hmmm, I wonder why?). I likely said (to many times) the presidential election of 2020 was an election filled with fraud (yes it was) and I probably used the phrase God Bless America once too often (yes I did). For the soulless people at twitter, that may have confused themโฆIโm NOT sorry about that.
Well this tweet below from @Techno_Fog (a great patriot and seriously smart legal scholar) is all part and parcel of the reason they try to hide from the truth. They figure if they ban speech from people they fear, we will all dry up and go away. Maybe you canโt do anything about twitter (it really doesnโt matter). There is an army of digital soldiers (information warriors) that exist and despite the challenges of the undeniable assault on free speech, these warriors of truth have been on the march across all other forms of social media and cannot be stopped. We own the information space of free speech. This is our high ground and we will not cede it to a bunch of arrogant flakes who think they own the world.
I want you to succeed because your success is part of the victory we all need for humanity. Freedom is a human trait. Faith is an even deeper human trait and emotion. I have both.
These thugs involved in the treason against all Americans, not just Trump and myself must be held to account. That accounting should come on earth but if it doesnโt come in this life, it will come as they all enter the gates of hell.
What weโve learned because weโve fought for the truth to come out is that this is beyond corruption. Whoโs kidding who. This group planned and staged a coup of America and think they got away with it. Not so fast.
So Elon, good luck with whatever your plans are for twitter (twitter no longer matters as much as it use toโbut with the right leadership at the helmโฆ).
We respect what youโre doing, your battle is a noble one and we applaud what you have achieved so far in this struggle for freedom.

Allow me to answer this for you - He was referring to taking down the cabal. You see - the war he is/was commanding is a new kind of war. It isnโt overt. It isnโt fought with boots on the ground. It has been fought for decades through backdoor deals, black ops, and infiltration of every single American institution. It is a war weโd still be unaware of if not for Q.
As Reagan feared - we have been rotted from the inside out.
So how do you fix the rot? The same way. From the inside out. You infiltrate [their] institutions. You play along with [them], you make friends with [them]. You spend so much time around [them], that knowing how [they] operate becomes second nature.
Game theory.
Think Trumpโs association with the Clintons, or Epstein. Or Flynnโs association with certain unsavory characters. Infiltration goes both ways, frens.

We are all being forced to look in a mirror and adjust our perspective, priorities, and even our faith.
