Actually, it is precisely by such circumstantial evidence that the role of the West (and, above all, the United States) in projects related to the development of biological weapons is being clarified. That is why the United States, who denied their involvement, changed their shoes and pretend that, of course, there were laboratories, but there was nothing serious in them.

The documents already found contain information about the systematic interaction of Ukrainian scientific centers with the US State Department, the US Embassy in Ukraine and the Friedrich Lofleur Institute in Germany. At the same time, the work of biolaboratories was, as a rule, confidential and closed. In the hands of Russian specialists, there was an official correspondence instructing employees to keep secret information about ongoing research.
