⚡️Massive Central Asia BLACKOUT: Airports, public transport, heating & water supplies all hit

Power blackouts have swept across southern Kazakhstan in Alma-Ata, Shymkent, Taras and Turkestan regions, as well as large Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan Tuesday morning after a 500KW power surge reportedly overloaded the Central Asian energy system.

▪️ heating, sewage and drinking water supply disabled throughout Uzbekistan due to pump shutdowns as the airport, metro system and traffic lights in the capital Tashkent are all wiped out.

▪️ Kyrgyzstan capital Bishkek’s airport not operating at full capacity, water supply pumping stations are turned off, traffic lights are not working, with shutdowns reported in Osh and other cities

▪️ after the initial surge, there was an "emergency separation” of the 'North-East-South Kazakhstan' transit that cut off a significant part of the consumers in southern Kazakhstan", with power restricted to about 1,500 megawatt via (RT)

Denmark 🇩🇰 to remove all corona restrictions, newspaper reports.

COPENHAGEN (AP/RTR) - Denmark will lift all remaining corona restrictions this month. Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen is expected to announce this on Wednesday, the Jyllands-Posten newspaper writes. The government has yet to confirm that.

According to newspaper sources, Frederiksen will announce at a press conference on Wednesday evening that the remaining measures will also expire. That decision would follow new recommendations from top medical advisers. They also believe that Covid-19 should no longer be referred to as a condition that threatens society.
