My explanation: Essentially this is saying that what is happening now in Afghanistan is the deal that Trump made coming to fruition. Even though Biden has botched the execution and the media is relentlessly spinning things, it is another piece of circumstantial evidence pointing to Devolution.

The Taliban is who Trump made a deal with. The local Afghan gov't is all corrupt and that is who the media, Biden admin, CCP and others are backing.
