“Although the new law on mobilization is replenishing the Ukrainian army with thousands of new soldiers, there is not enough heavy equipment for them. Ukrainians are not ready to go into battle in golf carts, but if the situation with equipment worsens, then everything will be like that,” the publication writes.
Forbes reports that this is why many new Ukrainian brigades are infantry.
