The outage appears to have mostly hit Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and Belarus (RIA Novosti).

A former classmate of Ghislaine Maxwell and a former Royal guard have suggested that Prince Andrew and the convicted Epstein trafficker may have dated, such was the “easy warmth” and frequency of visits to the Palace.
Ex-protection officer Paul Page revealed his suspicions of intimacy between the Prince and Maxwell for an upcoming ITV documentary “Ghislaine, Prince Andrew and the Paedophile." Page was convicted of a £3MN property investment scam in 2009.
Former fellow Oxford graduate Euan Rellie, who attended dinners hosted by Maxwell and Epstein, added that she told him Andrew was “her friend, not Jeffrey’s."

US Nuclear Sub Visits Base Near Taiwan
A US nuclear submarine carrying “dozens of nuclear warheads” visited the American naval base in Guam, the nearest US military facility to China, on Jan 15 in what the Navy called a message to its allies.
The USS Nevada’s visit was the first of its kind to Guam since 2016 according to CNN, and signaled “US capability, flexibility, readiness, and continuing commitment to Indo-Pacific regional security and stability.”
The island lies less than 3,000km from Taiwan, where tensions remain high over Beijing’s threats to take “drastic measures” should separatist forces provoke or exert force.

Chinese editor questions America’s “military combat capability” - after triple-vaxxed US general tests positive for Covid-19
General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, has tested positive for Covid-19 and is working remotely, the Pentagon has announced. One other member of the Joint Chiefs is positive, but the military did not say who.
Milley tested positive on Sunday and is “experiencing very minor symptoms and can perform all of his duties from the remote location,” Joint Staff spokesman Colonel Dave Butler said in a statement on Monday.
Upon the announcement, commentator for China state-affiliated media Global Times Hu Xijin tweeted out “It can be imagined that infection rate among US military must be high. It’s impossible that US military’s combat capability isn’t affected.”
