Heavy Rain Lashes Henan - Flooding Strikes Again After Red Alert Issued
China's Henan Province has seen torrential rain since Friday, as evacuation ops helped thousands of people to safety over the weekend. (Global Times)
Local media say two people are missing, other are reporting one dead. It comes just months after flash flooding claimed the lives of more than 300 in the region.
An alert red warning was issued after more than 4 rivers burst their banks and a number of reservoirs.

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte has ramped up his personal security in recent weeks with an elite security guard openly visible at recent cabinet meetings amidst reports of a criminal attack or abduction, according to De Telegraaf.
Reports suggest “suspicious persons affiliated with the Mocro mafia were seen around the Prime Minister” - allegedly while riding his bicycle unsupervised.
The Mocro mafia are groups of criminals of Moroccan descent apparently responsible for a third of the EU’s cocaine trafficking trade through various European countries, including the Netherlands.
