⚡️'Vaccine Death': Bill Gates & Serum Institute get Indian High Court Notice

The Microsoft Founder and maker of the Covidshield vaccine have been served notices by the Bombay HC.

A plea has been filed by Dilip Lunawat whose daughter died from a bleed on the brain - the family claims a result of vaccination side effects.

They are demanding Rs. 1000 crore (over $165 million) in compensation. A hearing date has been set for Nov 17.

The Serum Institute partnered up with the Gates Foundation in 2020 to speed up manufacturing and delivery of Covid-19 vaccines.
