Türkiye and Saudi Arabia reached a historic milestone in the transportation and logistics relations by signing MOU agreements in transport, railway fields. The two countries are also strengthening collaboration in the fields of technology, infrastructure, training, and human resources.
"In this context, we are launching a new phase that will strengthen the exchange of expertise and technical cooperation across a wide range of areas, from logistics centers to modern applications," — said Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloglu.🤝
Earlier this month, Uraloglu has said Türkiye plans to modernize the historic Hejaz Railway and extend it to Oman to create an alternative global trade route to the Strait of Hormuz. Türkiye aims to revive the historical line for both tourism and modern transit.

Stellantis NV is recalling more than 1 million Jeep vehicles in the US over an electrical issue that could result in a fire, saying that owners should park outside and away from other cars until the problem is fixed.
The issue stems from potential overheating in wiring for the electric hydraulic power steering pump in certain Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator vehicles, according to documents posted on the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website. That can lead to a fire even when the vehicle’s ignition is turned off.

China is preparing to spend around 2 trillion yuan ($295 billion) over the next five years on building data centers across the country, fueling Beijing’s ambition to propel the domestic AI sector. Key government agencies including the National Development and Reform Commission are drafting a blueprint to erect a network of inter-connected computing hubs across the country.
State firms such as China Mobile Ltd. and China Telecom Corp. will operate the bulk of the data centers and ensure they’re connected. The idea is to rely on local suppliers including Huawei Technologies Co. for at least 80% of technology such as AI chips.

Anthropic on Tuesday unveiled a new “Mythos-class” model for general use, as concerns around the release of advanced AI tools with powerful hacking capabilities deepen. The new model, Fable 5, performs at a level similar to Anthropic’s most advanced Claude Mythos model, though the company says it has built-in safeguards to prevent users from prompting it to carry out a cyberattack.

By the end of 2027, in addition to the structural advantage Stellar has with account identity being separate from signing keys, every Stellar account is expected to be able to add a quantum-safe signer through a native protocol upgrade, keeping the same address and the same history. Enterprise wallets are expected to be able to move to quantum-safe signing in 2026 through Soroban contract accounts.
→ Network integrity. Stellar Consensus Protocol messages are authenticated with Ed25519 signatures by validators. An attacker who can forge enough validator signatures to control quorum intersection can compromise consensus itself. This is a serious threat but a more tractable coordination problem — there are hundreds of validators, not tens of millions of accounts. Network integrity will be addressed through a protocol upgrade to SCP.
→ Account takeover. Shor's algorithm can derive the private key for any Ed25519 public key. On Stellar, account addresses (G... addresses) directly encode the Ed25519 public key, which means every account address on the network is a target — including dormant accounts that have never authorized a transaction. This is a structural difference from Bitcoin and Ethereum, where addresses are hashes of public keys and only become exposed after first use.
Stage 1—Building blocks and contract accounts (2026).
Stage 2—Protocol-level enshrinement and opt-in migration (2027).
Stage 3—Deprecation (timing determined by the threat).
The QPP is not work SDF can execute alone. Validators, wallets, anchors, custodians, SDK maintainers, and Soroban contract developers all have a role.

A Florida trading company is in advanced talks to send Cuba the biggest cargo of US fuel since the Eisenhower administration as the island nation contends with an acute energy crisis. Vanguard Energy already was sending small shipments of gasoline and diesel to Cuba and now is gearing up to expand those volumes.

General Motors Co. (GM) is announcing its own plans for an energy-storage system (ESS). In partnership with startup Peak Energy, GM is developing an entirely new sodium-ion battery chemistry tailored for grid-scale deployments.
“The way we’re getting into the market is the easy way, through ESS,” — Kurt Kelty, vice president of battery and sustainability at GM, said. “The performance characteristics are just what is needed in that market.”
GM and Peak Energy plan to develop batteries that can store energy on the grid during off-peak hours. GM is also taking steps to allow more of its EVs that are in customer hands today to store energy for the grid when plugged in at home,

As AI agents begin transacting on behalf of businesses, payments need more than speed. Mastercard developed a new way to pay for these services: payments, some only fractions of a cent, to be completed quickly, programmatically and securely.
Initial participants and supporters include: Aave Labs, Adyen, Alchemy, Anchorage Digital, Ant International, Basis Theory, BVNK, Catena, Checkout, Cloudflare, Coinbase, Coinflow, Crossmint, Getnet by Santander, Global Payments, Lovable Labs Incorporated,Mastercard Merchant Cloud, MoonPay, Nevermined, OKX, PayOS, Polygon, Rain, RippleX, Sapiom, Skyfire, Solana Foundation, Stripe, t54 Labs, Tempo, Turnkey and Utila.
“XRPL and RLUSD are built so enterprises can let agents transact at machine speed within rules the chain itself enforces, with settlement in seconds, predictable costs, programmable compliance, and a full audit trail, so agents can only ever do what they are authorized to do," — said Markus Infanger, senior vice president of RippleX.
“Mastercard's move toward regulated stablecoin settlement on-chain is an important signal that this is evolving from an emerging capability into an enterprise standard," — he added.

The Decart research team unveiled a new world model Oasis 3 capable of simulating hours of photorealistic driving across different road scenarios. The system can reproduce complex visual and dynamic aspects of control, including realistic scenes, weather conditions, and traffic flows.
The startup is initially targeting autonomous vehicle companies that need to simulate rare driving scenarios at scale, and plans to expand into robotics and other physical AI applications. By offering API access from day one, Decart is trying to build a developer ecosystem around world models much like how OpenAI did with language models.
“It’s going to be the first usable world model that people can actually program on top of,” — Dean Leitersdorf, CEO of Decart, said. “I think there’s going to be an entire developer community that emerges on top of this.”

The results are legible in the numbers.
Stellar’s RWA ecosystem has surpassed $2 billion in tokenized asset value, a quadrupling in roughly a year, while the broader market grew from $6 billion to over $31 billion between early 2025 and mid-2026. Issuers found their footing.
What SEP-40 Actually Solves
📚 SEP-40 is Stellar’s standard interface for oracle consumers, a specification that defines how smart contracts request price data, regardless of which oracle provides it.
RedStone has implemented the SEP-40 oracle standard on Stellar, providing a unified, high-frequency pricing interface for on-chain RWA assets across the ecosystem.
📚 RedStone is the data layer for institutional DeFi, delivering secure, low-latency price feeds for digital assets, RWAs, stablecoins, LSTs, LRTs, and Bitcoin LSTs across 110+ chains.
A protocol using SEP-40-compliant data can switch oracle providers without changing its own logic. The interface defines how feeds show their base asset, supported assets, decimal precision, and resolution. Consumer contracts request prices via last price, point-in-time price, or multi-record price calls for TWAP calculations. Each PriceData record includes a timestamp for staleness checks on the consumer side.
RedStone’s SEP-40 implementation delivers the pricing layer by offering a standard, interoperable, high-frequency data infrastructure that works across all protocols in the Stellar ecosystem without needing custom adapters.
The RWA pipeline on Stellar has quadrupled over the past year. The infrastructure that turns issued assets into usable DeFi collateral is now live.
