Russian President Vladimir Putin held talks with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto in Moscow on bilateral trade and the current geopolitical situation. According to Putin, energy, space, agriculture and pharmaceuticals are among the most promising areas of bilateral cooperation between the two countries. 🤝

“Last year, our trade turnover increased by 12.5%. At the beginning of this year, unfortunately, there was some adjustment,” — Putin said. “I hope that your visit will serve to ensure that we will find the necessary solution so that the situation remains stable and demonstrates growth.”

Russia has received a request from Indonesia for the supply of petroleum products and the parties have already started working on long-term contracts.

🤝 Amazon to Buy Satellite Operator Globalstar for $11.6 Billion. The Deal Is Poised to Boost Apple’s Satellite Ambitions

Amazon has agreed to buy satellite operator Globalstar in a deal worth roughly $11.6 billion. The deal could help Amazon compete more closely with Elon Musk’s Starlink in satellite communications.
