⚖️🚨 GA: Garland Favorito's Civil Case in Fulton County Superior Court, LEGAL Update Re: Deposition of Wandrea Shaye Moss
Wandrea Shaye Moss’ deposition was scheduled for 6/10, and has now been rescheduled for the week of June 14, by agreement of counsel.
The high profile and well-paid CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEYS, Counsel for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, filed an EMERGENCY Motion (end of day on 6/9) for Protective Order and Expedited Ruling, to block the depositions until at least the next scheduled hearing, on June 21st. A Motion to Dismiss has already been filed, and the County is asking for a protective order until that Motion can be considered.
