⚡️Telegram continues to come under pressure in Europe. Globalists are unhappy with the freedom of speech the platform offers.
The German Justice Minister spoke in favor of European-wide action against Telegram over the spread of "extremist" content on the instant messaging service. Speaking to German media, Marco Buschmann said that a concerted effort by the entire EU would "make a greater impression" on Telegram, as opposed to "each country trying to do it alone." The minister, who was sworn in earlier this month, said it was in Telegram's interest to have uninterrupted access to the European market now that the service has switched to advertising in an attempt to monetize the platform's popularity. Buschmann warned, however, that even if the EU succeeds in cracking down on Telegram, that alone will not end the problem of hate speech and extremism on the Internet, as "radicals will find new ways and platforms.
