Many Rural Dwellings Built in DPRK Last Year
Pyongyang, January 6 (KCNA) -- More than 32 000 rural dwellings were built across the DPRK last year.
Many agricultural workers in different parts of the country moved into new houses.
In particular, news of moving into new houses had been reported almost every day since October, inspiring the agricultural workers across the country with confidence and optimism in a new life and civilization.
The agricultural workers, who witness the new appearance of the socialist countryside which is changing beyond recognition every year, are extending thanks to the Workers' Party of Korea for putting them forward as the owners of the new rural dwellings. -0-

Iran warns against aggressive act
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in a statement on December 30 2025 warned that his country would strongly counter any aggressive act.
The US ruler threatened to mount a large-scale military attack in case Iran resumed the ballistic missile and nuclear weapons program. As regards this, the Iranian president said that his country’s counteraction to any cruel aggressive act would be strong and extremely fierce and gruesome.
Russian President delivers New Year address
Russia believes in its strength and is always ready to shoulder responsibility, he said, adding that this enables the Russian people to be confident that everything they are determined to do, all their hopes and plans, will surely come true.

After referring to the fact that the participants in the special military operations, heroes of Russia, accepted it as their responsibility to fight for the land of the country, justice and truth, he congratulated all the combatants and commanding officers greeting the New Year, saying that a large number of people in Russia are with the participants in the special military operations.

KCNA (1/2): Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, visited the construction site of the Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at the Overseas Military Operations with senior Party and government officials on January 5.
He engaged himself in tree-planting for a long time with the soldier-builders, saying that even a single tree or a single blade of grass, to be rooted in the Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at the Overseas Military Operations, should be associated with our people's deep respects and noble moral obligation for the heroic soldiers who sacrificed themselves without hesitation, aspiring after the immortality and eternal prosperity of our glorious state.

He said that the place is the crystallization of our Party and people's eternal gratitude and respects for the representatives of the great fame of the country and a grand monument to the times symbolic of heroism and bravery of the Korean people's excellent sons.
He added that through the construction, another important ideological and spiritual base for education in the tradition of victory will be provided in the capital city of our state and, along with the establishment of the museum, our people will powerfully demonstrate before the world the immortality of the DPRK, our great motherland, and the invincibility of the KPA, celebrating major commemorative days including V-Day together with the heroes.
He pays tribute to the martyrs, now eternal stars, by stating that no one can equal such a patriotic and party-loving army and the revolutionary truth confirmed by history.

Admin’s note: for a note, because I already sense the people who will talk about Kim’s Daughter after her travels alongside her father… No, I don’t believe she will become leader for two reasons.
1. It is the job of the party to elect the general secretary and people’s assembly to elect the president of the state affairs (what people call "Supreme Leader"), she must prove her value.
2. Usually the sons are appointed after more than decades of rule (Dear Leader Kim Jong Il in 1974, Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in 2009), not after only 10 years, when the person is very young.
If she proves her worth as commander, revolutionary and ideologist, maybe, for now, she is just a daughter her father wants to travel with.

The respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un is opening the heyday of the youth movement with the viewpoint that the Party and the state become strong when the young people are strong.

On 10/2/25, Kim Jong Un broke the ground to signal the start of the construction with a plan to turn Wihwa Islet, once covered with sandy dust, into a socialist paradise where people would lead a civilized and affluent life. He entrusted the youth with its construction.
That day, he said that what they would build was a large-scale greenhouse farm, but what surpassed it was the prestige of the state, the beautiful life of the people, and the lofty ideal they were going to achieve.
