Kaesong Municipality of the DPRK concentrates efforts on strengthening the foundation of agricultural production by its own efforts.
The Kaesong Municipal Tractor Parts Factory provided a foundation for the growth of production both in quality and quantity by strengthening the ranks of technicians and skilled workers and successfully resolving the technological problems.

-direct participation of cadres in production, equalization of wages (1 for 3) and intellectuals/students employed in farms.
-a defense of national heritage and language.
