He expressed his views on the programme for reorganizing the special operations forces of our army, to be implemented in the future, and the follow-up measures.
On the same day, there was a demonstration performance of ace combatants of special operations sub-units.

KCNA:Agreement on Cooperation between KCNA and TASS Signed
An agreement on exchange of news articles and cooperation between the Korean Central News Agency and TASS (Russian state media) was signed here on March 28.
Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were Kim Pyong Ho, general director of the Korean Central News Agency, and officials concerned, and from the Russian side a delegation of TASS led by its Director General Andrei Kondrashov and Vladimir Topeha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy here, and staff members of his embassy.
Kim Pyong Ho and Andrei Kondrashov signed the agreement.

In different parts of the DPRK, efforts are being made to improve the quality of life for regional people true to the new regional development policy of the WKP.
In South Hamgyong Province, the socialist emulation between foodstuff factories is gaining momentum with the main emphasis put on producing tasty soybean sauce and paste which can substantially contribute to people’s dietary life.

Pyongyang Times: Ranks of technicians, skilled workers built up at new regional-industry factories
At the 19th Enlarged Meeting of the PB of the 8th CC of the WKP, Kim Jong Un stated the problem of training technicians and skilled workers needed for the operation of the factories, as well as the problems of setting the proper size and production capacity of regional-industry factories and creating raw materials bases.
Under the unified guidance of the state, a well-regulated system was established in the capital and regional areas to train technical personnel in a specialized and systematic way.
As a result, the effort for training the core forces steering the normalization of production improvement of quality with the construction of modern regional-industry factories.
In 2024, took place technical training courses on a nationwide scale for thousands of employees of newly built factories. 52% of the total employees in these factories became excellent technicians, in 2025 over 60%.

Saeppyol Street, a pride of Pyongyang, is greeting the owners who are moving into new houses every day.
