Admin’s note: I see that people are currently saying DPRK changed the name "socialist constitution of DPRK" to "constitution of DPRK", and it is the proof DPRK is no more socialist.
I will quote for you the justification for the change of the name.
So officials are clear : they changed the name because DPRK will enter a new stage of socialism in the next decade, and so has to formalize the already well-established socio-economic system.

The reporter said that to amend and supplement the Constitution of the Republic, the legal basis and political charter for the dignity and sovereignty of the country and the people and their independent development, as required by the new stage of the developing revolution, constitutes an important landmark in legally guaranteeing the victorious advance of socialist construction and our cause. He explained in detail the contents of the draft law amended and supplemented, including the renaming of the "Socialist Constitution of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea" as the "Constitution of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea".

The reporter said that the past five years were the years of great changes when the Korean-style socialist construction definitely entered the stage of comprehensive development and remarkable progress was made in the struggle for the prosperity of the country and the wellbeing of the people, adding that this proud success is the brilliant fruition of the outstanding leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un who clearly indicated the main tasks and ways for carrying out the economic construction and has energetically guided it.
So officials are clear : they changed the name because DPRK will enter a new stage of socialism in the next decade, and so has to formalize the already well-established socio-economic system.

A poster "Let's sing loudly the song of independence, peace and friendship!" on the theme of the festival idea reflects the aspiration and desire of the progressive mankind to live happily in a peaceful world free from aggression and war.
Posters depicting performances of singers, dancers and executants and acrobats of different countries which will decorate the festival in a unique manner are arousing public interest in the festival.
There are also posters that specify the groups participating in the festival.

KCNA:Socialist Emulations among Provinces and Factories Reviewed
A meeting was held at the Central Hall of Workers on Thursday to review the 2025 socialist emulations among provinces for putting production at newly-built regional-industry factories on a normal footing and among factories producing school uniforms, bags and shoes.
Present there were Ju Chang Il, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Han Kwang Sang, department director of the WPK Central Committee, officials of commissions, ministries, national agencies, Party and power organs at all levels and officials of the units participating in the emulations, trade union officials and labor innovators.
Ri Won Jong, chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, made a report.
The reporter referred to the successes made in the 2025 socialist emulation for producing school uniforms, bags and shoes.
The report analyzed and reviewed a series of shortcomings and lessons revealed in the socialist emulations and set forth the ways for fulfilling the tasks of the first year of the new Five-Year Plan.
Then officials of the units that won the socialist emulations made speeches on their experience.
The standings of emulations were announced at the meeting and then, rotating silk banners and citations along with prizes were awarded to exemplary units and labor innovators in carrying out the national economic plans.

Light industry factories across the DPRK are speeding up the production of uniforms, satchels and shoes for new students of the coming new school year.
Uniform producers of the country are making innovations, true to the intention of the WKP to preferentially supply all the students with school uniforms.

Excellent techniques and experiences, presented at several rounds of the meeting for assessing the quality of products of bag factories in all parts of the country held last year and the needle workers’ competition as part of the contest of skilled workers with different jobs in various sectors of the national economy-2025, have been introduced into production to prove effective.
In order to produce convenient, light and smart shoes, shoe manufacturers have established a well-organized system for ensuring quality and met the technical indexes of products by enhancing the role of process inspectors and quality controllers.
