KCNA:Stamp Exhibition Opens
A stamp exhibition opened with due ceremony at the Korean Stamp Exhibition House on March 12 on the lapse of 80 years since the first stamp was issued in the DPRK.
Displayed at the exhibition on the theme of "Looking back on the 80-year history of Korean stamp" are more than 1 400 kinds of stamps and securities with their issuing dates. They show the proud history of Korean stamps.
Also on display are stamps of various themes and forms presented by philatelists in Pyongyang.
Attending the opening ceremony were Ju Yong Il, minister of IT Industry, officials concerned and philatelists in Pyongyang.
Also present were foreign guests including members of the diplomatic missions here.

The 2026 Spring Bowling Amateurs Tournament took place at the Pyongyang Gold Lane from March 10 to 12.
In the tournament, divided into men's and women's singles and doubles and all-star games, the participants displayed diverse techniques.

The Kwangchon Chicken Farm in Hwangju County of North Hwanghae Province is a model and standard of poultry farming in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, whose production of chicken and eggs has been put on a perfectly intensive and scientific basis.
All the processes of the farm have been automated from the temperature and humidity control of breeding houses to lighting, feed supply and excrement treatment.
And the work, study and living environments for its employees as well as the veterinary and anti-epizootic work and the experimental analysis system are on a high level.
