KCNA: A Pyongyang military-civilian meeting and a public procession took place with splendor at Kim Il Sung Square on Feb. 27. The participants pledged to implement the decisions of the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Taking the platform were Pak Thae Song, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee and premier of the DPRK Cabinet, and other members of the Party central leadership.
Attending the meeting were the participants in the Ninth Party Congress, officials of ministries and national agencies, officials, working people, service personnel, youth and students in Pyongyang, and members of the congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan and the congratulatory group of the General Association of Koreans in China.

Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, received a congratulatory message from Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, on Feb. 23.

I extend the warmest congratulations to you on your reelection as the general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and wish you success in your work and in implementing the decisions of the Ninth Party Congress.
The historic relations between our two parties are based on the unbreakable friendship, provided by Supreme Commander Fidel Castro Ruz and the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung, and General Raul Castro Ruz and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Il, and we have inherited these relations while working at the top posts of our parties and states.
In this sense, I am recalling with special satisfaction the agreements reached during my visit to Pyongyang in November 2018 and our meeting in the People's Republic of China in September 2025.

Ryomyong Primary School in Taesong District, Pyongyang, is steadily improving the educational informatization.

Among the new programs they have developed and introduced are those designed to browse the educational resources of the school, control its educational work and support teaching in IT subject at primary schools.
Naui Hakkyo, a program for supporting primary school students in IT subject, helps students teach themselves the content of a textbook, and it stood out at the national exhibition of IT achievements-2025.
The improved educational informatization has resulted in the enhancement of the quality in teaching and the intellectual and creative abilities of students. The students of the school entered the rankings at the national robot contest of schools in the general education sector-2025.

Israel's military attack on Iran, launched under the U.S. active support and patronage, and the military action of the U.S. which joined in it are an illegal act of aggression and the most despicable form of violation of sovereignty in their nature from A to Z.
The fact that the U.S military threat to Iran, continued in the region for a long time, would be led to a realistic military invasion has already been within the range of possible prediction, and it is a sure logical result from the U.S. hegemonic and rogue nature.
The DPRK condemns in the strongest tone the shameless rogue act of the U.S. and Israel which put their domestic law before the recognized international law and do not hesitate to abuse military muscle in order to realize their selfish and hegemonic ambition.
The U.S. increased acts for hegemony witnessed by the international community this year are a positive example to show their destructive role destroying global peace and stability and its grave consequences.
