The Hungnam Fertilizer Complex produced hundreds of more tons of fertilizer than the planned from New Year's Day.
Technicians and workers at Myonggan and Ponghwa chemical factories boosted production by exploring and tapping internal reserves and possibilities.

New Villages Built in S. Hwanghae Province of DPRK
Pyongyang, January 12 (KCNA) -- At a time when new villages are springing up across the DPRK, new houses have been built at the Yaksan Farm in Songhwa County, South Hwanghae Province, and at the Sinsaeng Farm in Chongdan County of the province.
The new modern houses with socialist and local characteristics are the ones of happiness provided under the energetic leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
There took place ceremonies of moving into those houses. Attending the ceremonies were officials of the Party and power organs in the province and the counties, builders and agricultural workers who would move into new houses. Speeches were made there.
When the farmers began moving into new houses, their happy laughter and singing resounded amid cheerful dancing parties in a festive mood. -0-

KCNA:Myongrung Tomb Cluster in Kaesong - World's Cultural Heritage
In Kaesong Municipality of the DPRK, there are three tombs called Myongrung tomb cluster. The tombs are located at the foot of a mountain about 1 km west of the Mausoleum of King Wang Kon.
One of them is the tomb of Hyon Hyo, the 29th king (1345-1348) of Koryo, and other two tombs are believed to have been built nearly in the same period as their architectural styles are the same with the former.
Constellations are drawn in the ceilings of one-chamber tombs. Their walls with mural paintings are made up of slab stones.
Myongrung tomb cluster helps grasp the process of memorial service in the period of Koryo dynasty through the layout of stone buildings at the royal palace and the structure of tomb chambers.
