Salamun Alaykum,

The news of aggression and encroachment of the accursed Zionist regime on the land of Lebanon and the bloodshed of the oppressed people, the martyrdom of a number of innocent women, children, and defenseless individuals, as well as a number of scholars, elites, commanders, and warriors of that land has caused pain and concern. After months of heinous crimes in Gaza, the fake regime of Israel and its barbaric and insane leaders — under the shadow of total silence from various international institutions and those who [falsely] claim to champion human rights and freedom — have continued with their atrocities, growing ever more audacious and fearless with every passing day, and now they have the desire to encroach upon the soil of other countries.

Islamic governments should know that if this fire is not extinguished and if this rabid dog is not restrained, its flames will engulf the entire Muslim Ummah and this cancer will spread throughout the entire world.

However, it has always been like this [that] whenever oppression reaches its peak, it gets closer to its end, and the Divine Sunnah (i.e., the divine laws governing history) brings about its destruction, Insha’Allah.

The support of Islam and Muslims and your resistance against the front of disbelief and falsification is exemplary and praiseworthy. And the Qurʾanic promise وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ (“And Allah helps those who help Him”) has come true for you Mujahideen, and the resistant and oppressed people of that land. [Soon] the entire world will see your final and complete victory, with the help of Allah.

It is essential for all believers and Muslims not to neglect well-wishing Du’as (prayers) to Allah (swt) and appeal to the holy personalities (the Ahl al-Bayt (a)) for the destruction of the tyrants and oppressors. [It is essential for all believers and Muslims] to help the resistance front in any way possible; materially and spiritually.

I ask Allah (swt) – the Exalted – to grant you, our dear and respected Sayyid [Hasan Nasrallah], health and wellbeing and ever-increasing blessings. And [I ask the same] for all the Mujahids of the resistance front. And [I ask Allah for] the victory and dignity of the Muslim Ummah.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

In these difficult days that the noble Lebanese people are going through, as they are increasingly exposed to brutal Israeli aggression and savage acts, including the bombing of large numbers of personal communication devices and the like, targeting homes crowded with citizens, even women and children, and launching intensive raids on dozens of villages and towns in the south and the Bekaa, which has resulted - so far - in the martyrdom and wounding of a large numbers of heroic resistance fighters and other innocent civilians and the displacement of tens of thousands from their homes and houses, the supreme religious authority expresses its solidarity with the dear Lebanese and his condolences to them in their great suffering, raising its hands in supplication to Allah Almighty to protect them and shield them and repel from them the evil of the wicked and the plots of the wrongdoers, and to include their righteous martyrs with mercy and contentment and grant the wounded and injured a speedy recovery.

While calling for every possible effort to stop this ongoing barbaric aggression and protect the Lebanese people from its devastating effects, he calls on the believers to do whatever contributes to alleviating their suffering and securing their humanitarian needs.
