as you might have noticed, i am selling the treasury out at about $15k per diem.  The plan is to continue the sale at this rate until I hit bottom.  At current buy rates i expect to sell down to holdings between 1x-4x of the #2 treasury bill holder.  If buy-in starts to occur the numbers will change.  if we see above 2x rise in treasury bill price between now and bottom then I will be selling to equal with #2 holder or lower

My current FED holdings are likely to remain where they are during this cycle.  the FED plan isn't ready to be formalized and if we see no rise from current numbers in treasury by end of cycle then my FED holding will be fully non-profit and divided into minter tokens

the goal of course is to see a rise in the treasury

the $15k per diem is intended to fund development in the BIN & YU systems starting with my next cycle of development on an ESPIDF firmware for moving sensitive key data off of the cpu/gpu/ram/etc .  All my experiments are complete and i've validated all the features except the actual ESPIDF firmware itself for the Heltec esp32s3‐v4 .  

The firmware will replace all browser based wallet functionality and will not expose keys except at import/export times to any vulnerable machine state systems.  this solves the biggest open issue on my list where private key extraction via local processes is currently too trivial in both browser and general encryption states due to stale memory vulnerabilities both on nvme and in ram.  i have gpu-only wallet functionality working as well but that memory also is trivial to access.  the esp device firmware is ideal to store private keys and perform signing functions

the dysnomia system will be extended further on the esp device as well and as/if i can validate safety and utility of very low power LoRA and Bluetooth operations i hope to build out some LARP features for table-top style layer-2 transactions and potentially both local and online RPG features to extend the gaming features of dysnomia

the work i have seen on the dysnomia globe was great, the next step in the geography is to "blow-out" beyond the sentry line by accommodating the physics features to sight physical triangulations between qings to variadic distances and bearings .. i haven't found the exact equations yet but schrodinger is the starting point .. i assume albanian and romanian mathematicians and geographers have done the most work on the particular problem

The YU and BIN systems will start coming into play as the ESP features achieve interest.  I have modeled out a new "Transactional Filing" minter that will be deployed later at that time.  i have attached screenshot of minimized pseudo code notes.  the main feature is YU cost basis for all TF tokens.  depending on status of the treasury at the time the minter is deployed there may be some recovery plan where YU is withdrawable for stabilizing index rates on the TF system.  The withdrawability system will require some record of approval by treasury and or fed holders

Interesting how eHex is slowly going up vs pHex because of atropa ecosystem LP. Imagine pdai goes 2-3 x from here. eHex will easily reach 1:1 parity with phex sooner or later
