* ssg: reduced congestion threshold slightly to improve latency.

* exynos-bts (bus traffic shaper) driver optimizations.
* mm: Increase ratelimit pages value.
* gpu: remove power efficient workqueue
(Causes some slight issues related to GPU especially in benchmarks).

Given that the poll for a Battery Edition overwhelmingly resulted in "yes," we have commenced work on this edition. Thus far, it appears highly promising. While you will not achieve peak gaming performance, for general usage without gaming, the phone performs surprisingly well; it's not superior to the standard edition, but it does not feel lagged.

### What is a Kernel Panic?
A kernel panic occurs when the phone attempts to utilize a voltage that is unavailable, leading to the device freezing and subsequently restarting.

Should you encounter a kernel panic attributable to the undervolt, please report it, and we will incrementally reduce the undervolt until such issues are no longer present.
